Our Story
Welcome to Acovski Family Farm
Nestled on 18 beautiful acres in Iron Station, NC, our family farm is home to horses, cows, chickens, and our greatest joy—our four kids.
Acovski Family Farm began as a personal journey toward healthier, more intentional living. When our children struggled with eczema and other skin concerns, we set out to find a truly natural solution—and that’s when we discovered beef tallow. Its nourishing properties completely changed our approach to skincare, and what started in our home is now something we’re grateful to share with other families.
Over time, our lifestyle has continued to shift toward simpler, more traditional rhythms—baking sourdough, cooking from scratch, and spending our days outdoors. We’re not a large production farm, but a family learning, growing, and stewarding what we’ve been given in a way that feels aligned with our values.
That heart is what led us to create Farm Forest Fridays—a weekly outdoor program where children can explore, get dirty, learn about animals, and experience the beauty of nature in a hands-on way.
Everything we offer comes from real life here on our farm—what we use in our home, what we value, and what we believe is worth passing on.

Meet the Maker
Hi, I’m Paige Acovski! I’m a stay-at-home mom who loves embracing the simple, meaningful joys of life. My days are filled with homeschooling my children, caring for our animals, cooking nourishing food from scratch, and living intentionally in a way that reflects my faith and values.
I’m deeply passionate about creating wholesome, nourishing products like our handmade tallow balms, which you’ll find here on my website. Crafting tallow has become a true obsession of mine—I love working with natural ingredients to make something beneficial for my family and others.
Over time, my love for this lifestyle has grown into more, including sharing sourdough and leading our Farm Forest Fridays program, where children can experience the beauty of farm life and the outdoors in a hands-on, meaningful way.
My faith is the heart of everything I do, guiding me as a wife, mom, and entrepreneur. I’m incredibly blessed to share this life with my loving husband and our beautiful children.
